It's Mosaic Music Festival again! One of the best things about Singapore is it's often visited by artists whenever they have Asia tour. Luckily enough, this year The National is included in the Day2 line-up.

I spent my Saturday morning running errands. The plan was to go yoga at 4:30PM then back to my place for a quick shower before I head to Esplanade. In the train going home, I decided to check the performers line-up on my phone that I read about the cancellation of The National concert due to the tsunami in Japan. I had to re-read the page several times like a mad Bellatrix Lestrange, checked the Mosaic Twitter account--and it was confirmed. The reason is completely understandable, however, I can't help but feel upset about it. I've had a very rough time last week and this concert is supposed to be my consolation. Apparently, it's not the case anymore. It's just sad.

I got a new camera, yeah finally. I was choosing between Panasonic LX5 and Canon G12; the latter has more confusing buttons (lol) and it's heavier. I picked the LX5 and so far very pleased with its results. I have recently rekindled my love for colored pencil and hopefully having a nice a camera would inspire me not to stop since I can keep track with my progress via photos. Excuses.. Hehe :)
